The SpiderMan Far From Home trailer doesn’t reek of a world that takes place after the crucial events of Endgame. Everything is so light-hearted and it doesn’t look like anyone is mourning or memorializing the heroes who are yet to fall in Endgame. Even Happy is seen flirting with Peter’s aunt, May. It’s like a world where IronMan doesn’t exist.
Based on the footage we saw, one theory on Reddit predicts that Thanos’ Snappening split the whole of the universe into two. So, now there exist two different worlds. And on both these worlds, there is no problem of overpopulation since each of these worlds harbor half the people of the time when there was only one world.
Now, this theorist formulates that in Endgame, both these worlds will become aware of each other’s existence and will leave the things as they are with the heroes in the respective worlds acting as protectors of the Earth in their worlds.
As evidence, this theory points out that everyone we saw in the SpiderMan Far From Home trailer clip was either dusted off in Infinity War or their fate has not been yet revealed. So, this world contains everyone who was Snapped in Infinity War.
As this theory says, “That’s why they were fine mentioning Ironman and Thor but neither of them or anyone else made an appearance. It’s also why Happy has let himself go but isn’t depressed.”
Now it is either this theory or the other more popular one which says the events of Infinity War were reversed and no deaths took place because of the Decimation because it never happened.
As for the trailer, it has been well received by fans who are thoroughly enjoying its light tone. Seems like this movie will even be better than the first part. Before getting to this movie, we are yet to traverse through the heartbreaking Avengers Endgame. Good luck to us all.
