Much to everybody’s surprise and shock, Thanos managed to pull off the biggest mission of his life. Even with the Stormbreaker impaled in his chest, he drew together his fingers and snapped them. And with this little twitch of a muscle, he decimated half of the living species of the whole universe.
Just like Thor, the fans were also left startled. Then came the scenes of the newest members of the MCU being turned to ash. It was heartbreaking, sure but at least it assured us that none of these deaths are permanent because everyone one of these superheroes is yet to have sequels.
Well, some characters’ fate was unknown at the time. With the time passing, we have slowly learned of who survived and who did not. Another character has been revealed to have survived the Snap or the Decimation, as Marvel likes to call it.
Benedict Wong has come out to confirm that his on-screen character, Wong, was spared by Thanos’ Snap. He has also confirmed that fans would see him again in Avengers: Endgame.

Here’s how he quoted his words, “Yeah, there was a time when I was doing Avengers 4. Normally it would be a logistical nightmare with the hair and negotiating that, but it’s great. I’m grateful to be on a double Russo Brothers production. It was streamlined.”
A while ago, Benedict Wong posted a picture of himself where he was getting his prosthetic skin removed. This has then led the fans to believe that Wong might be revealed to have been a Skrull in disguise.
Well, Wong is not the only Doctor Strange character who is gonna reprise his role. The Ancient One will also have a role in Avengers Endgame. Here’s the link if you wanna read about that.
