A major part of the success of the whole of the Marvel franchise can be attributed to Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios. The man has been the driving force behind the MCU. With the help of other brilliant personalities, he has established the MCU very well so far. The second to the last latest release gave out something we have never seen before. Infinity War was so well made. The anticipation for Avengers 4 got through the rook after witnessing the cliffhanger ending of the movie. And of course, after the ending came the Post-credit scene.
Recently, Feige was conferred with the 2018 Britannia Award for the praise-worthy effort he has put into the area of entertainment. And Feige chose to give out the real reason behind opting to present post-credit scenes in all of the Marvel movies. He stated, “Movies bring people together, but they also bring people together behind the scenes and in Marvel Studios, we’ve been putting a scene after the end credits in all of our films since the very beginning. The fans love it, it’s a tease of something to come.”
He then went on to claim that this would make the people look at the names of all the people who worked in the making of the film. “The audience is going to sit there and look at all the names of the hundreds of thousands of people who work so hard to bring these movies to life. That really inspired me as a kid, to see all those names and I hope it inspired people today.”
Of course, all the hard-working men and women behind the camera deserve appreciation for the effort they put into a project. Feige acknowledged this and sought to get the people to take at least a look at all those names. The Post credit scene of Avengers 4 will give us a glimpse of Phase 4 of the MCU.
